Cancellation Policy – Stillwater Escape Company
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before it is scheduled to take place, you will not receive any refund or store credit.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
We only allow full refunds if your cancellation is at least 7 days in advance, if you’re calling to cancel less than 7 days, but more than 24 hours, before your booking you will receive 100% of your booking total in store credit.
